What is a typical session like?
A typical session lasts 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours. Starting with an intuitive reading and spiritual counselling and then a 20 to 30 minute Reiki, hands-on healing session. I incorporate my knowledge of essential oils, crystals, and channeled information from my guides into each session. I encourage my clients to record your session so you can review them later.
What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese energetic method in which the Reiki practitioner becomes a clear channel and allows the energy of the Creator to enter the heart of the Reiki Master and work through their hands to accomplish change on all levels; mind, body and spirit.
What is different about a Reiki session with me? Because of my out-of-body experiences as well as my near death experience, I have a direct conduit to the ethereal realms which facilitates communication within our sessions. Master spirits from the other side will come through and give you insight into the cause of your issue. I have 14 masters and guides that assist me in your session. They will also provide information (celestial homework) on what you can do to continue your spiritual evolution and obtain optimum health.

Hands-on Reiki Sessions
Your session begins with a one-on-one consultation to discuss your goals. I will then coach you on how to enter a sacred and receptive space so that you are most able to absorb high frequency energies.
Working directly with Source Energy and sacred Reiki symbols, I will personalize your session to facilitate a positive change in the issue. I may also incorporate essential oils, crystals, crystal toning bowls and other alternative tools.
During our 1 hour session, I will share the channeled information that I received from my Celestial Guides while balancing your energetic body using Reiki, crystals and oils. I will later email the written or recorded messages to you so that you can refer to them as often as you like. Many times those messages include homework to empower you to be on your own healing team. They may help you change your lifestyle, or process old emotional patterns and promote long term healing. Your session will last between 1 hour and 1 ½ hours.
If you are a visitor to Sedona and schedule a one-on-one session with me and would like to continue our consultations, I can accomplish that through Distance Reiki sessions as described below.
Distance Reiki
I am located near the Vortex at Bell Rock in Sedona, Arizona, and I accomplish my distance Reiki sessions by incorporating that powerful earth energy to access your energy signature and facilitate a positive change.
Your session begins with a one-on-one consultation at a prescribed time over the phone to discuss your goals. I then coach you on how to enter a sacred space so that you are most receptive to high frequency energies.
Once I know that you are able to achieve a meditative state, I then connect my soul to your soul to accomplish a change. I call in Source Energy as well as my Reiki Guides to accomplish healing at a distance.
While I am applying Reiki energy to you through the collective consciousness in a 30 minute session, I will receive messages from my Celestial Guides.
After the Reiki session, I will discuss the messages with you that were channeled to me.
I will later email those messages to you so that you can refer to them to help you heal. Many times those messages include homework to empower you to be on your own team. The messages may help you change your lifestyle, or process old emotional patterns and promote long term lifestyle changes. Your session will last between 1 hour and 1 ½ hours.

Reiki Treatment creates positive turning point in healing
Mike and Luna are both heroes in my life. They helped me recover from a concussion and vestibular issue and I am thankful for their healing and prayers. They really helped me out in a hard time. Before they did their healing, I had been out of school for more than one month and had difficulty with eye tracking but most of all I had really bad dizziness and headaches.
